The daily grind of  watching carbs and  counting calories and taking note of blood sugar and A1C levels — can be tiresome routine for diabetics. Well, in today’s modern age when a mobile phone and tablet app is available for just about anything you can imagine, the endless diabetes grind is being made a lot easier by the technology.

Apps can be a very worthwhile investment. But because some apps are well designed and others are shoddy and complicated, determining what app is best for you can  be overwhelming. That’s why choosing apps that correspond to your individual  goals are the key. While some people are concerned about weight control; others may be more focused on tracking blood glucose or require reminders about medication.
